1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to jeefbuzz and its operating entities. References to "you", "your", and "player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the jeefbuzz platform in any capacity.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Any reference to a statute or statutory provision includes any amendment, modification, or re-enactment thereof.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

By accessing or using the jeefbuzz Platform, you represent and warrant to us that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction and you are not a national or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform in a professional gambling capacity with the intent to gain an unfair statistical advantage through systematic exploitation of any game mechanics.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your Account closed for reasons of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct.

jeefbuzz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. This may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, as well as a utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

If it is determined at any point that a player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any time during the use of the Platform, jeefbuzz will immediately close the Account, void all wagers placed, and return any deposits made — net of any winnings generated during the underage period, which will be forfeited absolutely.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of jeefbuzz services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and the cashier — you must create a registered Account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process and clicking the confirmation button on the registration screen, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account where applicable.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account at any time. Opening or attempting to open duplicate or multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being voided.
• You must not register using a false identity, another person's identity, or any fictitious details. Providing false information at registration constitutes fraud and jeefbuzz reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jeefbuzz Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account — this is strongly recommended and available at no cost from your Account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or agents claiming to act on jeefbuzz's behalf.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared device or public Wi-Fi connection.
• Notify jeefbuzz support immediately at support@jeefbuzz if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

jeefbuzz accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials, unless the breach was caused solely by our own systems failure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the jeefbuzz Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jeefbuzz supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jeefbuzz at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to fifteen minutes to reflect during high-volume periods.
• All deposits must originate from a payment instrument that is registered in your own name. jeefbuzz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• jeefbuzz does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jeefbuzz accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the rules of the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within five (5) minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to thirty (30) minutes. Card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid NID or passport and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held in a pending state until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• jeefbuzz reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. During such checks, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

The Platform operates exclusively in BDT. All game outcomes, wager amounts, bonus values, and balance displays are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. jeefbuzz does not offer multi-currency accounts or currency conversion services on the Platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jeefbuzz offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

• Eligibility: All bonuses are available exclusively to fully registered, verified adult players (18+) with a valid jeefbuzz Account in good standing. jeefbuzz reserves the right to exclude specific player segments from any individual promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Where no multiplier is stated, the default is thirty (30) times the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated promotional validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. Expiry periods are communicated at the time of the offer.
• Withdrawal Order: When a withdrawal is requested, real-money funds are disbursed before bonus funds. Bonus funds remaining after a withdrawal request that reduces the real-money balance below the bonus amount may be forfeited, subject to individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: jeefbuzz actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting designed to exploit wagering contribution rules, use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, and coordinated play between accounts. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses: Some promotions may impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated on bonus funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets available on jeefbuzz are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

6.1 Random Number Generation and RTP

All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published in the game information panel. jeefbuzz does not manipulate RNG outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, football, kabaddi, and hockey, are offered at odds determined by jeefbuzz's sportsbook trading team. The following conditions apply to all sports wagers:

• Wagers are accepted only while the relevant market is open. jeefbuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided after commencement, jeefbuzz's settlement rules — published in the sportsbook rules section — will determine how affected wagers are settled.
• Obvious pricing errors (where odds have been published at a manifestly incorrect level due to a technical or human error) do not constitute valid bets. jeefbuzz reserves the right to void any wager placed on an obviously incorrect price and to return the stake to the player's Account.
• Maximum single bet limits and maximum payout limits apply on all markets. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of placing a bet.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, hardware failure, or software error affecting the outcome or display of any game or betting market, jeefbuzz reserves the right to void affected rounds and return all wagers to the players involved. Malfunction voids play — no claim for winnings arising from a malfunctioning game shall be valid. jeefbuzz will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via their registered email address.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeefbuzz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another individual; using stolen or fraudulent payment instruments for deposits.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime. jeefbuzz complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notice to the account holder.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in casino games or sports betting markets in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker variants or coordinated betting on both sides of a market.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play, low-risk pattern betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay participation, or any other method constituting bad-faith exploitation of promotional terms.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform without direct human input. All gameplay must be conducted by a human player in real time.
• Exploitation of Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in sports markets, or game glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings arising from known or suspected exploits will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute claims against genuine jeefbuzz transactions. Players found to have initiated unjustified chargebacks will have their Accounts closed and any pending balances forfeited.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Either party — the player or jeefbuzz — may initiate Account closure, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support@jeefbuzz with your registered email address and Account username. Before closing your Account, we recommend withdrawing any remaining real-money balance. Accounts closed at player request with a remaining balance will have that balance disbursed to the last verified withdrawal method on file within fourteen (14) business days of the closure request being processed.

8.2 jeefbuzz-Initiated Suspension and Closure

jeefbuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• A player's Account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• A player is under 18 years of age.
• Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• jeefbuzz is required to do so to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Where an Account is closed by jeefbuzz as a result of confirmed fraud, prohibited conduct, or material breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — will be forfeited absolutely and will not be returned to the player.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeefbuzz's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeefbuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data resulting from use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or external technical factors outside jeefbuzz's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on information provided on third-party websites or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jeefbuzz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments to these Terms

jeefbuzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations — jeefbuzz will notify registered players by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in payment partners or game providers — may take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version of these Terms was published.

Your continued use of the Platform after amended Terms have been published (or after the seven-day notice period has elapsed for material changes) constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support@jeefbuzz to close your Account and arrange withdrawal of your remaining balance.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeefbuzz with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

10.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jeefbuzz's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, jeefbuzz encourages players to first contact our customer support team at support@jeefbuzz to seek an informal resolution. Our support team operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) and will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 48 hours.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures. jeefbuzz is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all player disputes.

10.5 Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version that may be made available for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in all cases.
